The Bosch PSB 1800 Li-2 is a powerful compact combi drill built for all your fitting needs; drilling, screw driving and even impact drilling, making it compatible with wood, metal and even masonry fitting.
The Bosch PSB 1800 Li-2 is cordless and uses an 18V 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion battery for current. The powerful Bosch motor supplies a maximum torque of 38Nm and a maximum impact rate of a whopping 20,250 beats per minute. The PSB is dual speed and offers a no-load speed of 400 rotations per minute in low gear and 1,350 rotations per minute in high gear. The Bosch PSB 1800 Li-2 also has 20 torque setting from which the user can choose from. These are used to determine how tight the drill bit is fastened. The maximum chunk size is 13mm and can drill 30mm in wood and 10mm in wood and steel. It also has a maximum screw diameter of 8mm.
The PSB 1800 Li-2 ranks high on the user-friendly scale. It comes with two 18V batteries and a charging station that can either charge the batteries separately or while in the tool. A fast-charge feature ensures the batteries are fully charged within an hour. It also has a battery level indicator that assists in monitoring the amount of charge remaining in the battery. A keyless chunk with Bosch auto-lock ensures the quick and easy release of bits. An LED work light helps the user when working in dimly lit places. A strategically placed forward/reverse control makes switching between driving and removing screws easy. A soft grip in the handle provides better handling and more comfort during use.
