1. Lose the fascia, then adjust the angle of the grinding blade and fasten.
2. Adjustment of the central axis.
Turning the center axis to the sanding sheet.
Slide the center axis to the right.
Install the saw blade, turn the wheel and decide the position of the saw teeth.

The crossing angle between the grinding surface and the working surface is approximately 5° 3. Setting the positioning assembly.
Set the saw blade to the best grinding position and rotate the positioning frame and instrument panel.
Adjust the adjusting pin to the correct base of the saw teeth and leave the gap of the grinding amount, fasten the fixed screw.
4. Adjust the center axis to the same gap of the grinding amount to the right.
5. Finally, when all parts are attached, the hand-held saw blade is ground.
The machine structure is strong and it can work with maximum diameter φ700mm.
The specially equipped motor has a very good running speed, which can interact very well with the diamond grinding wheel.
The direction of the sharpening should be parallel with the diamond grinding wheel, it is better for grinding the rear teeth.
